Metamizole sodium is a derivative of pyrazolone and is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It has analgesic and antipyretic properties, has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the biliary and urinary tract, and the muscles of the uterus.

Paracetamol is a non-narcotic analgesic that blocks cyclooxygenase (COX) mainly in the central nervous system (CNS), affects pain and thermoregulation centers, and has an analgesic and antipyretic effect.

Caffeine stimulates the psychomotor centers of the brain, has an analeptic effect, facilitates the penetration of analgesics through the blood-brain barrier, prevents collapse by stimulating the vasomotor center, and eliminates the sedative effects of other components of the drug.

Phenobarbital in the composition of the drug has a sedative, antispasmodic and muscle relaxant effect, and potentiates the activity of analgesic components.
